1. Shipping Information
1.1. Drop Shipping: We use a drop shipping model, which means that products are shipped directly by our various vendors from multiple locations around the world.
1.2. Estimated Delivery Time: As our products are sourced and shipped from various international vendors, delivery times may vary. Typically, products are delivered within 7-20 business days. However, please note that in some cases, due to factors like customs inspections and postal delays, it may take longer.
1.3. Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information.
1.4. Customs & Import Duties: Depending on your order’s destination, you might be liable for import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Sound & Style is not responsible for these charges. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
2. Return & Refund Policy
2.1. Returns Eligibility: Products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
2.2. Return Process: Since we use a drop shipping model, returns are handled by our vendors. If you wish to initiate a return:
a. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. b. Our team will guide you on the vendor-specific return procedure. c. Once approved, you’ll be provided with return instructions and a return address.
2.3. Refunds: After the vendor receives and inspects the returned item, the refund process will be initiated. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
2.4. Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will work with the vendor to provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
2.5. Facilitation by Sound & Style: While the vendors handle returns, Sound & Style is committed to facilitating any necessary communication between you and the vendor to ensure a smooth returns process. However, please understand that the final responsibility for returns rests with the vendor.
3. Exclusions
Some products may be exempt from being returned. This includes items that are classified as “Final Sale”, perishable goods, or other items specified during purchase.
